We flat-rate ship with Canada Post. Drop offs are made at the post office on Wednesdays and Saturdays, orders must be placed by 5pm on the previous day for you to make the next-day’s post office run. We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to COVID-19 and we ask for your patience about in-transit delays. Domestic packages can take anywhere from 4-10 days to arrive. Tracking information will be provided to you once your order has shipped.
International shipping surcharges due to COVID-19 have greatly impacted the ability to ship at a reasonable rate to certain areas. If you are outside of Canada and you are interested in placing an order, please contact us at [email protected] and we would be happy to discuss international shipping with you. Note international packages can 4 or more weeks to reach their destination
Local Contactless Delivery
If you live in Regina, Saskatchewan, and you would like to place an order and have it dropped off within the city limits in Regina free-of-charge, we are happy to coordinate your order and arrange for a contactless delivery.
Please email us at [email protected] to arrange your order and contactless delivery. Or go ahead place your order on the site and pay the flat-rate shipping fee and we will refund you the flat-rate shipping fee when we begin to process your order on our end – just let us know in the notes section of the check-out process that you would like a contactless delivery so we can arrange doing that with you and also to arrange to refund the shipping fees.

All payments are processed through the site via Square. Any major credit card can be used. If you require to pay by cash or cheque, please email us at [email protected] and we would be happy to discuss and accommodate your needs. Payments must be received and processed prior to any order being shipping.
RETURNS

All sales are final. We are a small group of artisans without the ability to manage inventory restocking and returns at this time. We can cancel certain items or edit orders only before they are shipped. Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your order and we will try to accommodate.
